Small but remarkably effective January 6, 2009
When I fist saw the pan, it looked tiny. The Danes I know who've made aebleskiver for decades thought small too. But it works great! There's not any space wasted and you can cook all you want on a small burner as a result. Great product, great innovation.

Fun December 15, 2008
Well made and a pleasure to use. My grandson has developed an addiction to these wonderful little pancakes and has become quite adept at making them. This pan is a great value.

Overall the product is good. It takes a little time to get used to the pan, and I was a little disappointed at the diameter of the individual cups. Each cup is ~2inches in diameter. Some similar pans have cups of ~3inches. It still works well, but it was a surprise and it affects cooking.

Norpro Danish Aebleskiver Pan is perfect for my family. I don't have any problems with it. Everything I make with it, my family appreciates it very much. I recommand this pan, the price is fair, and the shipping is quick.

Just a reminder that you need to "Season" the pan and not run it through the dishwasher because it is cast iron.
