I bought this chafing dish for the holidays anticipating lots of family to entertain. It made keeping food warm for a crowd an easy task! This is an excellent chafing dish and heavy duty quality. Food doesn't dry out and the two compartments for fuel work very well and control the amount of heat to the pan of water below the food. The pan that holds the food holds a generous 24 cups of food and could probably hold more than this. This chafer is an excellent purchase if you want to serve a crowd of people.

This custom potatoe warmer from Meg-vac(tm) kitchen products works well only if you live in a small space, or if you are fresh out of potatoes and have no oven and live in the Alaskan outback with a blind dog. Takes about 40 minutes to cook 8 to 20 potatoes and includes thongs to remove them and a small towel to clean up spilled potatoe grease.
