Color is different August 25, 2008
The color shown in the picture was a light oak, however when the product arrived it was a very red oak color. We did like the style and design, however, so we used it in another room, but it did not match our kitchen cabinets as we had hoped.

I love this trashbin. It's sturdy...well made and looks nice especially if you have no place to hide your trash. Only downside....regular kitchen bags, even tall kitchen bags don't work. Had to go with a 30 gal. outdoors leaf bag.
