Far less than I expected February 13, 2008

I actually bought two of these. The first one jammed immediately after the first use and the product contains dire warnings about what could happen if you try to pry it open with a full load of NO^2 inside. So I bought another one because we had lost the instructions which had the return / RMA information on them.

The second one loaded fine but did not discharge whipped cream with any head to it. It was watery and sprayed all over myself and the table. Yes we did load it with the recommended whipping cream and powdered sugar mix.

Oh yes, the coup-de-gras was when I contacted the Amazon zStore vendor who sold it and said "The description on Amazon says its PROFESSIONAL but nowhere on the box does it say PROFESSIONAL". I received a very haughty answer to the effect that real PROFESSIONAL equipment doesn't say PROFESSIONAL. Bollocks to you I say.
