Customer Reviews:

2 out of 5 stars Good introduction into ITSM, but what about SaaS?   September 29, 2008
I ordered the book because of its promising title, but got pretty much disappointed when I received it. Nothing in the book is specifically about "SaaS", or even "architecture" or "monetization". Even the term "SaaS" does not seem to occur anywhere in the contents. The book is a well made "management summary" level introduction into ITIL IT Service Management (which is certainly *also* needed for SaaS); and that's why I'll not send it back and give it two stars. But I'd consider it mislabelled.
