DO NOT BUY January 28, 2008
Do not buy this product. The cooler just stopped working after only four months of having the cooler. Contacted Chambrer's customer service department took over a week for someone to call me back and then it was only after I called and spoke to a manager who emailed the service department to call me back. Once that person did contact me it took another two weeks to get instructions on how to get the cooler serived wher I found out I had to pay for shipping across the country in order to have it serviced! The product is defective and the company makes the customer pay for shipping on it. I'm still trying to get this resolved as of this writing, which is now a month into the process after receiving the instructions. The company clearly does not stand by their product from their lack of customer service skills. Obviously their product is not a very good product to have it quite within four months of owning th product.
