The Vinifera decanter from world-renowned glassmaker Riedel is beautifully drawn, exquisitely light, and superbly functional. Crafted with a domed body and a vertical neck, the decanter enlarges the wine's surface area for increased exposure to oxygen. This, in turn, improves flavors by letting bouquets develop and open up. Decanting from this piece is comfortable and graceful, and the conical crystal stopper helps prevent over-exposure to air. Mouth-blown by premier Austrian glass artists, the piece is crafted from full-lead crystal for exceptional clarity and brilliance. Its polished lip is lovely and efficient, and the stopper rests with perfect balance. Standing 11-1/2 inches high, the decanter holds 52-7/8 ounces at full capacity.
