This decanter is advertised as 25 oz, when in fact it is about 45 oz. At that size the design is completely impractical: all the weight and mass is at the lower half (typical of decanters) but the neck and shoulder don't allow easy grasping, lifting, and tilting for pouring (the next is *very* short). This is a very poor buy. In addition, multiple efforts to reach a cognizant human at Macy's by e-mail was futile. I got four boilerplate responses, all of which were nonresponsive. That pretty much kills my appetite for buying from big retailers via Amazon b/c Amazon customer service is unbelievably bad when something goes wrong with a purchase from a third party seller.

I ordered The Cellar Decanter. I recieved my order promptly and in one piece. The Decanter is Beautiful. I am very happy with my shopping experience with Amazon and the products I have ordered.
