While this pan is a true Calphalon original, it is not made in Toledo. It is, unfortunately, made in China like the Simply Calphalon line. I guess that is why it is so "cheap". But, that being said, this is still the Calphalon brand, and you know it when you cook with it! While I've only cooked with it once making a nacho bake, it was very nice to take this from the stove top to the oven, and then to the table. I browned hamburger, and threw in about 16oz of shredded cheese, stirred it, and threw it in the broiler at 425 for about 15 minutes. I didn't want to ruin the aesthetic appeal of the dish, so I just put this on a swivel and let guests scoop it out of the pan. It looked surprisingly good as a serving dish!

The product is not what I expected for being called a Commercial Hard-Anodized product. It's very light and thin comparing to the other Calphalon products I own because it is made in China. I should have known from the price it were to be sold.

I used to own Hard-Anodized Non-stick pan. It was a very cheap pan but it did work for good 5, 6 years. Since I bought this one from Amazon, I just made the last scramble egg in it and toss that out. Now, I used this brand name Calphalon pan, everything sticks! I mean not only eggs, but everything. I am thinking getting another cheap pan just so that food will come out the pan!
