The fish turner is great. It also works great for taking large enchiladas out of the baking dish. However, it is very large and hard to store without dominating the utensil drawer. It is fairly heavy due to its size and metallic composition. Despite not being teflon, food doesn't seem to stick and clean up is easy. The handles don't get hot even though they're metal too (they do get a little warmish, so be careful just in case). I'm not sure if I'm supposed to or not, but I put them in the dishwasher and haven't had any problems. This specific pan is great for items like pasta w/ cheese and veggies. It also works well for reheating small amounts sauce or to infuse oil. Because I tend to pour directly from the pot, I wish it had a small spout. Be careful when using on a gas burner, its small size makes it easy to tip. It's the same excellent All Clad quality. Dishwasher safe and polish with Barkeeper's Friend.
