This quality thermal pot is one you'll reach for repeatedly during those cold winter nights or hot summer afternoons. For icy cold beverages, pre-rinse with cold water, fill with your favorite beverage, and then drop in a few ice cubes. (Don't do the ice first, as the liner can crack with sudden temperature changes.) For hot coffee or chocolate, just rinse with warm water and then fill up. This large-capacity pot does a terrific job of keeping that morning coffee hot and fresh until lunchtime, but it is fragile enough that kids may need a hands-off policy. The pump-top dispenser prevents you from having to lift a heavy pitcher--just press the lid until you cup is full. Great for small offices and convenient for social occasions--or anywhere you want to have piping hot or frosty cool drinks available with minimal fuss. --Jill Lightner

No More July 7, 2008
Item was returned. When it arrived the inside glass was shattered.
This is the second Zojirushi Airpot I have bought with a shattered inside bottle. Something must be wrong with the design!
Also unable to buy replacement for the broken part.
I will not buy anymore.

Glass lined is best June 25, 2008
This is the fourth airpot we've had and it is surprisingly good, an improved design all the way around. The glass liner keeps coffee hotter longer. It pumps out everything to nearly the last drop in it. It has a larger capacity, and the lid is removable to fit it under a taller coffee machine filter basket. It's a great choice.

The Zojirushi 3 Liter Air Brueshed Stainless Steel I purchased was exactly what we were looking for. The coffee was still hot when came back from the trip late in the afternoon.

THIS COFFEE HOLDER/THERMOS, IS WONDERFUL WHEN YOU HAVE A LOT OF GUESTS THAT LIKE COFFEE. YOU CAN FILL IT AHEAD OF GUESTS COMING AND IT STAYS HOT AND JUST AS FRESH AS WHEN YOU BREWED IT. IT IS EASIER TO BREW MORE COFFEE AND ADD IT TO THE THERMOS BEFORE IT IS EMPTY BECAUSE OF ITS UNIQUE CAPACITY. A WISE PURCHASE FOR COFFEE LOVERS!
