Product Description
For cooks who like the idea behind the canister set but not necessarily the looks of a traditional one, this set from Oggi combines the function they appreciate with a stylish flare more common in today's modern kitchens. Made of ceramic, the canisters are square in shape and come with airtight, stainless steel lids and matching spoons that hang from the fronts of the canisters. Use them to store any number of items like flour, sugar, pasta or rice.

The box reads "Airtight" but they are not even close. When I filled the canister with water and turned it over, the water poured out until the lid fell off. The space between the canister and the lid is large enough to pour small-grain rice or cous cous - and certainly flour, ground coffee and other dry goods.

I had purchased these after discovering moths in some of our dry goods and these canisters will not prevent insects or humidity from accessing the items inside. After contacting Cooking.com they offered to pay for the return shipping.

Very durable, dropped into my sink and did not crack like other cheaper canisters
