Villeroy & Boch Dune Cream Soup Cups, Set of 6

As part of Villeroy & Boch's Dune Lines collection, these cups come in a soft, off-white color and have a smooth, rounded form, meant to resemble the colors and contours of a sand dune. These bowls coordinate with other pieces in the Dune Lines collection, some of which feature beige textured wavy lines across them like the wind-formed ripples found in sand dunes. These cups also can be mixed and matched with pieces in Villeroy & Boch's Palm and City Life collections and are subtle enough in color and style to blend in with most any modern-looking casual tableware.

Made of vitrified porcelain, these bowls appear to be slightly translucent but have the weight and strength of earthenware. They are durable enough to be used in the microwave and can be safely cleaned in the dishwasher. These dinnerware pieces are imported from Luxembourg and Germany. --Cristina Vaamonde
