This "Sedona" style round platter by Pfaltzgraff is indeed dishwasher safe. The manufacturer claims that it is also oven, microwave and freezer safe; but I can't comment on that because I haven't used it in the oven, microwave and freezer.

Although this is made to be a small serving plate; this can also be used for buffets as an appetizer serving plate. Great!

The design of the plate is very smart. The dark shade of blue in the center is nicely complemented by the warm, earthy tones with different color stripes all around the circumference of this fourteen inch wide plate. The overall effect certainly does give it that vibrant southwest feel; the design can also go with many contemporary and even modern dining room sets.

This platter is hand painted; that impresses me. There is a five year warranty but with the great design of these plates I doubt you'll ever need it! When I handle the plate it feels very sturdy and solid.

Great platter and you could fit a small turkey on it. Fits in our Dishwasher and microwave.
