Love it!! Lid from Risotto Pan Fits This Pan April 11, 2008
After doing lots of research, I chose this pan because of the price and the style. The handle gets hot of course, but that's because you can also put the skillet in the oven to broil! You will need to use a SILICONE HANDLE GRIP for the handle -- Amazon has those, too! The BEST thing is that the LID from the 4 quart MB Risotto pot fits this saute pan, which I love. I can then use the saute pan (with Risotto lid) to brown and braise! Interchangable lids are awesome.
