Features: Blade length: 8". Handle material: Ebony. One-piece, forged, full tang blades. Taper-ground blades that are polished, hand-edged and honed. Handles that are triple riveted with nickel silver rivets for perfect balance and weight. Kullenschliff knives have a series of alternating scallops ground into both sides of the blade - reduces drag on the knife, resulting in a paper-thin and incredibly smooth cut and also allows food to slide off the knife without sticking.
