9 inch diameter.Highest quality pan but very tiny 4 oz cakes May 1, 2008
Platinum Collection. This is the finest quality Nordic ware pan they make, and fits small toaster type ovens, too. (9 inch diameter.) Pan sections take only 1/4 cup batter, NOT 1/2 cup as stated on Amazon! TINY cakes, tho, so you might want to take advantage of the "buy 4 get one free" on this item on Amazon. (4 pans easily fit in a regular oven for baking all at once.) Delightful presentation cakes that impress everyone. We spray the pan, tho its nonstick, and cleanup is a snap, with a soapy brush and hot water - then we set them in the oven while its still hot, to dry them. Couldn't be better! Use food release spray but NO FLOUR!
