Reliable October 6, 2008
I have found the Gibson cookware set to be true to its discription. The pots distribute heat evenly so that meals are prepared optimally. The baklite handles have lived up to the promise of no conductivity of heat and the covers are sturdy and joy to view in food prep.
The pots are surprisingly light but durable.Steal of a deal.

Great work set September 23, 2008
I bought this cookware for my job I get off late so I prepare my dinner at work.Fantastic cook ware, easy clean up heats evenly, I have no complaints.

This set is great when you don't want or need larger pots & pans... we've got plenty with higher capacities, but these are perfect for smaller meals. They would also be wonderful for anyone who has problems handling heavier cookware - they are really very light. The non-stick coating is the best we've used when it comes to being non-stick - just rinsing, the pan looks like it's been washed. They heat up quickly, yet seem to hold the heat well & heat up evenly.

If I have any concerns at all it's that the metal is very soft, so the rims for example can get nicked very easily. Since we wouldn't use these for a large meal or holiday cooking project where dirty pans get stacked up it's not a problem, but they do require using a little extra care to prevent them from getting banged up.

An unexpected bonus, the cookware came wrapped in enough bubble-wrap to save us ~$40 on up-coming holiday shipping supplies!
