An exercise in simplicity, this understated rectangular box from Steeltek hides unappealing cardboard boxes to attractively dispense tissue. The piece boasts 18/8 stainless-steel construction with a polished chrome finish and soft edges. Its clean, straight lines coordinate with almost any décor and work well in a masculine setting. An oval cutout centered on its top enables the tissue to exit while not exposing the box beneath. The cover measures 5 by 9-3/4 by 3-3/4 inches and easily fits over most standard rectangular tissue boxes. To clean, simply wipe with a warm damp cloth. Coordinating pieces including a soap dish, wastebasket, toothbrush holder, and Q-tip canister are also available from the Steeltek Basic line. I really like the look of the soap pump, but when I tighten the top, it keeps going around and around, it never really tightens up, so its like it doesn't work correctly. I think it is defective. The pump works ok, but the top keeps falling off.

I guess this one won't be for you. It can barely pump water. And it wasn't just defective. I bought 2 and BOTH of them didn't work! Horrible.

It took over 3 weeks for this item to arrive. But mine does not have rust. I think it looks great with the other Steeltek items, they all go together, and it looks chic.

The stainless soap container is a great shape and feels well-made. The dispenser pump did not screw onto the soap container at all. The size was right, but the grooves did not match at all, and the pump would not attach securely to the container. (And, by the way, the pump didn't work.) This may have been the worst item I've ever purchased from Amazon. I returned it promptly.
