Item was cracked May 29, 2008
Caspari Lacquer Tray was cracked when I opened the box. It was packed very tightly in a small box with no peanuts, or packaging material. As I pulled off the packaging tape, the box was twisted which caused the plastic "laquer" tray to crack. I am assuming they didn't put it into the box broken. Given the tray only cost $7.00 or $8.00 dollars, it wasn't worth my time/effort to return. But, they way it was packaged made it very likely that it would be damaged upon opening.
