The six glasses in this set have outrageously wide brims (4-1/2 inches in diameter!), which make them the perfect recipients of salt just before they receive a margarita blend from the voluptuous pitcher that completes this tequila-centric set. Such wide brims also mean you can secure lime slices to the glasses while leaving plenty of sipping room to prevent nose and lime collisions. The pitcher holds 96 liquid ounces--ample for enough ice cubes to keep the second round chilled--and its spout is protected by a guard to keep cubes in the pitcher. The stemmed glasses stand 6 inches high. Pitcher and glasses are made of medium-thick glass so wrists are spared an undue burden in Margaritaville, and the glass is clear so the margaritas' brilliant, pale color can shine without distraction. I'm dissatified, because the way the package glass, one ends up broken every time. But the glasses are nice glasses, and I would buy them in any store. It's a wonderful glass set, glasses are thick and shouldn't be hard to break.

Ok for $9.99 you just cannot pass up this set!! It arrived to my door as perfect as it looked in the pictures. The packaging was excellent!!

For the price the seam everyone keeps mentioning doesn't bother me one bit!!

Bottom line is they look great and at that price I won't cry if someone accidentally breaks one!

I bought this glasses/pitcher set after reading the reviews. The bulk of the negative ones mentioned the packaging wasn't great, and as a result, they often arrived damaged. Well, I can see why they'd say the packaging is bad--the lack of padding was alarming. I guess I lucked out with mine. But the good part: Amazon will take back damaged products. You don't have to pay for the return shipping, and the whole process takes under a week. Yay, customer service!
If you're looking for a last minute gift, don't get it because it might get damaged. But if you're looking for a present for yourself, or a present for a couple months in the future, you absolutely cannot do any better than this little Margarita pitcher/glasses set. It looks a *lot* more expensive than $10 and is sure to impress anyone who enjoys pretty drinks. I'm probably going to buy like 10 of them and distribute them to everyone at Christmas, their birthdays, etc. Enjoy!
