Serve up iced beverages year-round with this stylish pitcher and six-glass set from Libbey. The pitcher has a pleasant oval bell to it and a wide mouth for easy filling and washing. The comfortable, strong glass handle widens at the bottom and sits low on the body of the vessel, so even a full pitcher doesn't feel out of control. Attractively fluted, the ice-catching spout lets you keep iced tea or lemonade chilled without causing a splash when you pour. Each glass features a weighted stem atop a 2-7/8-inch foot. They have a comfortable lip, a generous mouth, and a 16-ounce capacity. Dishwasher-safe, the set makes for easy cleanup after a long garden party. --Emily Bedard

Don't waste your time. June 4, 2007

Although it is a very attractive design and price, I have never had glassware so prone to breaking. Within two months, four of the glasses had shattered...while being hand-washed...not touching anything but the sink and a washcloth. Another thing that bothered me about these glasses is the very bottom of the inside of the glass. If you let used glasses set out instead of washing them immediately, the liquid will dry at the bottom of the glass and is very difficult to reach with a sponge or washcloth. The pitcher has been great. I haven't had any problems with it at all. The glasses are such a waste, though. They've convinced me to steer clear of Libbey glassware in the future.

Nice Set, Low Cost January 6, 2006
This iced tea set is a nice addition to anyone's drinkware. The only downside is that the pitcher tends to drip slightly after pouring.

Quality Set For The Money October 10, 2005

My wife and I ordered two sets, as we wanted service for twelve. Both sets arrived intact (no broken glasses or pitchers), the quality and heft of the glasses and pitchers is just right and the glass is clear and free from defects.

The only reason that we didn't give this set five stars is that the design of the pitchers lends itself to cracking down a seam that runs across the front of the pitcher.

We broke one pitcher the first time we used the set when it bumped against another dish in the sink. We have used the second pitcher several times since and are careful to keep it away from other dishes or pans.

This set is very nice and the price is even better. I bought one for a gift and ended up buying one for myself. Great gift to give for a great price.

Nice and elegant, good size glasses also, able to pour a 12 ounce can into one. Seems a bit delicate, hope you don't have young kids at home. I did buy a set for myself and a set as a gift for a friend though.

The pitcher started showing cracks by the handle after adding ice to hot liquid.
