Broken glasses June 26, 2008
The glasses are fine but they are not packaged to be shipped. They are kept in the same box for purchase in a store and then put in a slightly larger cardboard box for shipping. I recommend that you not buy them online, but go to a store (Target), open the box, check for broken glass, and then make the purchase.

Don't Buy It! April 19, 2008
I thought all those broken glass review must be a minor and that it wouldn't happen to me. Well guess what? It happened. The packaging is really horrible. It did nothing to protect the glasses. 10 of the 30 glass were broken or chipped. I would return it but it would cost me half of what I paid for it. Not buy glasses from them again.

Sturdy Tumblers March 4, 2008
I didn't realize my "ordinary" looking tumblers would peak my grandson's interest. Being a bartender he was "wowed" by my set.He said he didn't believe grandma had such good taste!

BROKEN GLASSES! December 30, 2007

Wow, just as with several other recent reviewers, my package arrived with NO bubblewrap or foam packing of any kind. What's with THAT!? Order a feather duster and it comes surrounded with 10 pounds of foam peanuts. Order fragile drnking glasses: no protective packing... um... riiiight.

And of course, I did not need to even open the inner box to determine that some of the glasses were already broken. I promptly returned this.

The glasses are nice and well made. TARGET is criminal in their packaging the glasses to ship. NO EFFORT IS MADE TO PROVIDE EVEN MINIMAL PROTECTION and Amazon compounds the fault by making it impossible to complain or get a replacement. They design their own CATCH 22 into their webb sites.
