Simple, Plain and Durable Bowl September 12, 2008
Corelle plates and bowls have been with our household ever since I remember.
We used to have (we still have them but they are on the shelves) Corelles with color designs but we decided to stick with simple plain ones which is easier to match.

Pros:
-Durable. Me and my wife have dropped them many times; and they don't break easily.
-Scratch & knife resistant.
-Light. Less stress for our kitchen shelves.
-Microwave safe
-Easy to clean
-Dishwasher safe

Perfect size for my family for ice cream--holds two or three (smallish) scoops (Oxo grip) just fine. The slight lip prevents dribbles. They stack well.
