These 9" Poultry Shears are designed with the same quality as the knives, featuring a polypropylene handle with an upper sure grip santoprene handle, Internal springs allow ease of use when cutting through bone and meat. The shear blades are curved so you can efficiently cut around corners and awkward angles and the sharp blades make simple work of cutting your own bird for cooking.
