Also got the wrong item June 29, 2008
I also got an "apple" colander instead of a "leaf" colander. It works just like a colander should work. Even though it is a bit smaller than what I thought I was getting, I decided to keep it. I have had no problems with rust or workmanship. This is a perfectly adequate kitchen tool, nothing about it makes me want to break out in song and dance, but I am not unhappy with it either.

Did not receive the correct item & item was poor quality December 31, 2006

I gambled on ordering this item, not knowing which colander I would receive. Not only did I receive the wrong one (I got smaller one with apples on it), but it was also in poor condition. The inside of the bowl had scratches on it, and a couple spots were rusted. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ITEM.

I ordered this because of the title which says Leaf Colander. However, they sent me one with apples on it and it was a smaller colander. Called to get a replacement but was sent the same thing again. So both colanders were returned for money back.

I don't recommend ordering this because you'll not get what described or pictured.

I wasn't sure which one of the 3 colanders pictured I was going to get, but since the title said LEAF I was hoping for the big one (the one with the leafs on the desing). I wish somebody would have wrotten a review before my purchase and save me the anxious wait for the Amazon package: Will I get a small unuseful (strawberry) one, a medium (grapes) not so nice, or what I has hopping for? And YES!!. It was the big one, I belive 5 quarts (hard to mesure how much water a colander holds, it keep draining out!), very nice desing, and excelent price. Love it.
