I have tried baking banana cakes in this pan 3 times and each time they come out too dark on the outside while still raw in the middle. I never had this problem with petite baker pans before... just this set. The only thing I changed is the pans. I am sad about that!

Is perfect for my recipe of cornbread. It makes the perfect little loaves and they don't stick.

I use these pans to bake small loaf corn bread. It is the first pan that is truly stick free. The loafs literally fall out of the pan when turned upside down.

I have a large family and not everyone likes the same thing. With this product I can make something for everyone. It also makes great cakes that you can fill with pudding or whatever you like.
