This item has worked out great for me. I use it daily to slice potatoes and find that it works great. I have also used it on several occasions to slice onions. I would recommend this slicer to anyone that wanted a quality product that would slice potatoes, onions, etc.

This does a great job slicing potatoes. We like to make homemade potato and sweet potato chips. It shreds cheese great. Very easy to take apart and clean too.

Sturdy metal product. I used it to make chips from potatoes, sweet potatoes, beets. It worked well. The first time, I did try to slice the last piece of potato so I did not use the safety holder. I cut myself. The safety handle works when you use it and it definitely should be used.

Very very satisfied with the mandoline. Very easy to use, clean and store. Works perfect, you will not be disappointed with this one!!!

This stainless steel mandoline is excellent for all your kitchen slicing and is easy to clean. The legs lock in place well and the blades are very sharp. I had no trouble putting the blades in and regulating the width of the slices. Anyone who does a lot of cooking will love this product.
