This is a beautiful, unique set of dishes. Each item in the four-piece place setting has a different version of the same pattern. The 11-inch dinner plate has a yellow checked border with blue and green flowers. The 9-inch salad plate has a blue scalloped border with darker blue flowers and is solid blue on the bottom. The 6-inch soup/cereal bowl has stripes of blue, pale green, white, and yellow; the inside of the bowl is a pale washed yellow. The oversize 16-ounce mug has yellow stripes, blue and green flowers, a blue handle, and an interior of pale green. Put it all together, and it's an attention-grabbing table setting. As with all Pfaltzgraff dishes, single replacement pieces are available for broken items. The stoneware is safe for use in the microwave, oven, freezer, and dishwasher. I have had various patterns over the years but Summer Breeze is a favorite. Amazon's price cannot be beat !

I love the oversized mugs and bowls that come with this set and I am a big fan of the different patterns. My one main complaint is that after having them for over a year the large dinner plates now have silverware marks on them from everyday use. I have tried using the pfaltsgraff cleaner to try to remove the marks but nothing even fades them. For the price of this set, this shouldn't happen.

I got this set because I had needed an entirely new set of matching dishes. I got this set, and most of the accessories that go along with it. I LOVE IT! The colors are fantastic, they blend perfectly. The pieces are unique, and the bowls and mugs are good sized! They are also really sturdy - I have used them dozens of times and they go in the dishwasher with no problem. Would recommend Pfalzgraff to anyone!

Although the patterns in this place setting are different, they couldn't look any better together! The colors blend splendidly and looking at the three pieces together make me smile. Thank you Pfaltzgraff...it's just what I was looking for.
