The Demi tea kettle holds 1-1/4 quarts of water, perfect for afternoon tea with a friend. Le Creuset constructs the upright, traditional shape out of lightweight, sturdy steel and coats it with tough enamel. A shiny stainless-steel rim around the wide opening helps protect the edge from chipping during cleaning and lid positioning. The high handle can be locked in an upright position to keep your hand away from the heat, and a lever on the whistling device flips the spout open for pouring. ZERO STARS - Avoid at ALL cost!!! April 12, 2008
I am a true Le Creuset fan but this product is truly a STINKER. I have had it for less than 30 days and it is rusting in several spots on the exterior. BEWARE! Wait for a better model.
