Amazon.com Review
There's nothing better than slow-cooked barbecue. And, there's no better way to get authentic smokehouse flavor at home than with the Smokey Mountain Cooker/Smoker. Perfect for large gatherings, it's easy to cook a whole turkey and an entire ham at the same time in this roomy charcoal smoker. So there's no need to plunge straight into ham prep when you still haven't recovered from baking the turkey. Made of premium-grade steel, the smoker has two, triple-nickel-plated cooking grates measuring 18-1/2 inches in diameter-plenty of room for larger birds. Individual vents on the bowl and lid offer optimal air-flow control for tender meats and longer-burning charcoal. Rust-resistant aluminum vents and an aluminum fuel door ensure years of clean use. The bowl and lid are coated with porcelain enamel for optimal corrosion resistance. And, a porcelain-enameled water pan adds steam to the cooking process, so meats stay moist and juicy. Maintenance-free, glass-reinforced, nylon handles withstand the elements for the life of this innovative charcoal grill. The Smoky Mountain measures 41 by 19 by 19 inches, and rests easily on a park bench or patio. The purchase includes a Weber cookbook, a heavy-duty vinyl cover, and is covered by a 10-year limited warranty. --Brian Olson

5 out of 5 stars Weber Smokey Mountain Smoker   May 15, 2008
The shipping on this product was lightening quick! Thank you Amazon. My husband is loving his new toy and we are having a blast smoking everything from cheddar cheese to salmon to beef brisket. Delicious!!!

5 out of 5 stars Awesome little cooker!   April 14, 2008
Just finished cooking 2 boston butts and a turkey in my new smoker and it is great! Nice even temps, easy to control. It is made of all quality materials. Couldn't be happier!

5 out of 5 stars 20+ year old Webber Bullet   April 6, 2008
I did not buy mine from Amazon, I found it while helping my dad move. Someone gave it to him as a gift 20+ years ago, he used it once and did not get the Smoking Concept. It sat in 90 Degree & 90% humidity storage for all that time! I took it home, cleaned it, researched it and made it my own. It had some rusty nuts which still don't need to be replaced. It does have a wood handle (nice!). The cooker's surfaces inside and out are as good as new. I have 4 friends with smokers, one of them being a New Braunfels. This Webber is the smallest, most humble looking smoker, and it seriously out-cooks all others. My wife would never let me "ruin our landscaped yard" with the looks of a 100+lbs mean looking pit. My old Webber tucks nicely behind anything, and the word spectacular doesn't fully describe its ribs.

5 out of 5 stars Simply the best   March 19, 2008
I've been doing BBQ on a regular gas grill for years - even adding wood chips to try ot get a smoked flavor. Well, those days are gone. The Weber Smokey Mountain is high quality, easy to use, and fun to cook with. So far I've made pulled pork, ribs, and chicken. Each has been fantastic.

The only negative is that the user's manual is not very helpful or well written. Be sure to go to an online users group such as virtualweberbullet dot com for some tips and tricks that will make you the envy of your neighborhood in no time.
