This spatula is just one of the high-quality Profi Plus tools WMF makes for every conceivable kitchen task. Specifically designed to handle batters both thick and thin, the spatula's 4-1/4-by-3-inch head is made of thick, durable rubber beveled to the sides and top so the flexible edges can cleanly scrape the sides of a bowl. Each side is precisely curved a bit differently to work in bowls of various shapes, and the end has a flat edge for scraping the bottoms of large bowls. Contemporary European in style, the spatula measures 12 inches long and has a heavy-duty hanging loop on the end of its handle. The cylindrical, satin-finish handle and double-shaft are made of 18/10 stainless steel. Seamless construction ensures cleaning ease. Does a good job.

Fav part is handle is made of sturdy wire hence can leave on a pan while it on a stove.

I bought this on a whim to replace a LeCrueset spatula I broke and I was floored (I know, I'm talking about a spatula!). The head is easily twice the size of other spatulas and its scraping ability is unreal (have tried it on stainless steel & ceramic). The odd shaped tip does a terrific job with my Kitchen Aid mixer bowl.

I'm telling everyone about this and buying several for friends.
