Ideal for home brewers or just regular ol' beer drinkers, this cooler keeps cold brews on tap and ready to pour. With a capacity of 6.5 cubic feet, the cooler holds up to a half-barrel keg and comes with a complete CO2 tap system to get things flowing. The tap system includes a Sankey keg tapper, a type that fits all North American beer kegs; a pressure gauge; a pressure regulator; and an arm, for pulling drafts, that rises out of the cooler's top. A cleaning kit and beer FAQ guide are thrown in for good measure. The cooler's sleek black exterior and compact size (37 inches tall, 23-5/8 inches wide, and 25 inches deep) make it inconspicuous in the corner of a rec room, workroom, or kitchen. fair but not right out the box March 24, 2008
This beer kegorator does work well but not right out of the box. so if you do not have time to tweek it I am not sure which way to go. there were dents all over the outside, the beer line was not long enough to clear the foam. because of the non cooled tower you must be ready to pour the first ounce into a spare glass then pour the real beer.

I ordered this for my husband's Christmas gift. It arrived on Christmas Eve absolutely destroyed! We think it fell of a forklift. I sent it back for a replacement, only to get that one severely damaged on the top. The packaging is not nearly enough to protect such a large shipment. Finally got a refund and bought one locally after negotiating an internet price.

Lousy Fit & Finish, High Price October 23, 2007
For what boils down to a mini-fridge the kegerator is priced way too high. The one I received had a crooked door. All of the metal is rusted after two years, don't believe any stainless claims.

The first unit I received was damaged in shipping. It took about a week or so for the vendor to arrange picking up the damaged unit. Once the damaged cooler arrived at warehouse, another unit was sent. This one arrived intact and works well. About the only shortcoming is that the instructions are a little short on details. For example, the beer faucet has several parts/pieces that need assembly, but there are no detailed instructions on how to do this. I did what was intuitively obvious, which appeared to work. Other that that, I'm enjoying the cold contents this item dispenses.

The best wife!! July 18, 2007
I bought this for my husband for father's day and I somehow became the best wife in the world!! The only thing I wish I would have done is upgrade the drip tray...other than that it is perfect! Buying him the pulls for various things like Colt's games, IU basketball, etc is always fun and appreciated!
