Handmade of mouth-blown full lead crystal, this martini glass is from Riedel's top-of-the-line Sommeliers collection and is for those who take their drinking seriously. The glass is classically designed with the traditional cone-shaped bowl, which provides optimum blending of vermouth and gin (either shaken or stirred) and holds olives in place. With its taller-than-usual stem, the glass stands 7-1/8 inches high, making it even trickier to carry on a tray without spilling. This glass holds 7-3/8 ounces of wine and has a 4-inch-wide flared rim. --Cristina Vaamonde

I've yet to find a finer looking cocktail glass. A friend who doesn't even like martinis asked me to make one for him after seeing one in this glass. It looks that clean and perfect.

I received my martini glasses today at noon. They looked nice. This evening, at coctail hour, I tried them out. I could not be more pleased. Expensive, yes, but absolutely worth the price. I love them. They look fragile and probably are. But when I inevitably break the first one I will immediately replace it. They are that good.
