Chicken in the Pot April 19, 2008
Having a Master chef's husband to dinner gives one pause for trepidation...so...keep it simple...GIANT roasting chicken, winter vegs, maple syrup. Can't have GIANT chicken, only have 5 qt. Dutch oven...go to Amazon, dummy, and get a 9 qt. Pre-seasoned Dutch oven with iron cover from Lodge Logic...SUCESS! One GIANT CHICKEN perfectly cooked (oh, so brown and moist) and one very pleased Chef's hubby. Thank you,

Loving my dutch oven February 14, 2008
I have always wondered what these dutch ovens were like to cook my favorite recipe of Menudo. This a mexican favorite and one that I was brought up with. This item that I purchased from Amazon.com is the most amazing item that I have invested in. It is well crafted and cooks anything in amazing time and accuracy. Thank you Amazon!!

Great Deal and Service January 19, 2008
I have 2 Lodge Dutch ovens that I cook in all the time. This was a gift for a friend. The pre-seasoned product is great. It arrived actually in just a couple of days, much quicker than expected. I will probably order more in the future to give as gifts. They are great to make into a gift basket.
