It's a little bit of elegance for everyday life--it's the Provence pattern from Royal Doulton, maker of fine china for almost two centuries. This classic vegetable dish would add a gracious touch to any meal, casual or formal. It features a rich, toile pattern similar to those found on fine French fabrics. The elaborate design is made up of a fruit and flower motif enhanced with a narrow braid in shades of taupe and soft red. With its wide rim, this piece is perfect for serving vegetable dishes, salads or pastas, and it's also pretty enough to be displayed in a china cabinet. Matching and coordinating plates, bowls and more are also available, making it easy to create an imaginative, French-country look for your dining table.
