The pans are well-designed, enough so that after about two years of use, I'm ordering another set to replace the first. Why am I replacing them? They aren't really no-stick anymore. The surface has a brown varnish of baked-on oil that won't wash off, and it sticks like crazy. They've become a pain to wash. It seems this is part of the nonstick experience, the coating never lasts a lifetime.

We thought we had pretty good pans until we tried these KitchenAid twin packs. Our Christmas baking produced superior results with crisp bottoms and moist centers. Highly recommend!

Ordered these at the last minute before Christmas. Extraordinary delivery service. I've used these pans several times already and the non-stick surface is great. Everything slides off easily and the browning is to perfection...unlike my other non-stick "cheap" pans. I would recommend these wholeheartedly. Clean-up is very easy - no scrubbing - and they look like new.

A great idea to slope 1 side. Use for many other things other than cookies. Use to slide a side of salmon off the grill.
