This is a very good griddle. Basically it doesn't need any oil to cook. Also it is not sticking to the bottom while cooking, which makes it very useful pan among my selection. I really enjoy cooking with this griddle and would surely recommend this.

I was just looking for a pan to make crepes in and I tried a few different pans. Well needless to say this is the best one I ever had, the finish is not a typical teflon but anodizided right into the metal.
It is excellent quality and heats fast and holds heat well. I'm now making very professional looking crepes. And of course this pan will make any other goodie, like eggs, pancakes, grilled cheese etc.
In fact I'm going to buy 2 more so I can keep the food and crepes coming fast...... This pan is a 5 star rating for sure...

Wow! Now I know it was not a lack of coffee or a sleepy state that made pancakes so poor... it was the griddle! I love this griddle! ...even heat, ...nice flat surface -no flaky bits chipping off, like so many non-stick. Also makes perfect fried eggs.

this griddle is made from hard anodized material which is nonstick and it does get the job done.however, one thing bad about it is that it does not stay flat on the stove, because the handle is heavier than the griddle. so u cannot use it on a small burner, u have to use it on a large burner and u have to hold the handle most of the time if u want proper heat distribution. else the side opposite to the handle doesn't touch the burner and stays a little above, because the handle is heavy.

Have been using this for over 3 months now - mainly for making pancakes. Still in very good condition. A little on the heavy side, but that probably goes with the good quality.
