This purchase was a nightmare! We have never had trouble ordering online until this purchase. When we opened up the package of dishes there was only an eight serving set instead of the twelve piece set that I ordered. Of the eight serving set, four dishes were missing and 5 pieces were broken. I went to the website and followed the instructions given. I emailed the warehouse as instructed and received an email back stating that it would not accept emails. I then emailed Amazon explaining my problem and they responded that it is not their policy to get involved.
I returned the dishes but ended up short the shipping charge.

I was so sick of my old dishes all white. I ordered the pistoulet in Pfaltzgraff. I love them they are so colorful. I researched the web and this was the best price. Thanks
