This piece looks better than the picture. The assembly took 30-60 minutes. The directions were well written and every piece fit exactly. My only complaint is that I ordered oak color and the box was identified as oak but the cabinet was redder than any oak I have ever seen. It didn't match our decor as well as I would have liked.

I was all excited to get this item to finally be able to display my wedding items. When I opened it - the wood was orange not oak, as pictured. Really ORANGE!!! I was so disappointed and I had to return it. I still can't believe it was orange and not oak at all. Really disappointed. Now I have to go through the hassle of shipping it back.

This is a beautiful curio cabinet. It fits perfectly in the section of my living room where I planned to put it. My 13 year old put it together and he seemed not to have any trouble following the directions at all. The oak finish is lovely, as are the glass shelves and windows. The mirrors on the back make it look hexagonal shaped when in fact it isn't. It makes all the other furniture in the room look old and dull in comparison! Worth the price I paid for it, and I consider it a deal at $295.
