This heavy-weight, silver-plated Christmas globe from Wallace will become a holiday family favorite to be passed down through the generations. Wind up the key on the bottom to hear the familiar tune, "O Christmas Tree" ("O Tannenbaum"). As the music plays, a silver-plated train runs counterclockwise along the base of the globe while an old-fashioned prop plane circles the tree in a clockwise direction.

Tip the globe and confetti sifts like snow throughout the water. The green Christmas tree in the center of the globe is colorfully decorated with toys and candy canes; arching out of the top on a wire is the plane pulling a "Merry Christmas" banner. The heavy silver-plated base is intricately detailed with more toys, while the train runs inside a cut-away section. A five-pointed star crowns the top. The globe measures 9-1/2 by 5-1/4 inches.
