Many coffee aficionados believe the French-press plunger method of brewing is the best way to bring out the richest flavor of the beans. A good size for quick morning coffee for one or two people, this small coffee press employs that method to brew three cups of aromatic coffee. To use, simply put medium-to-coarse ground coffee in the bottom of the glass container, add hot (not boiling) water, wait approximately three minutes, and slowly press down the plunger with the stainless-steel mesh filter.
