This was in my cart by mistake when the order was placed and I didn't notice it until the email conformation arrived ( 5 minutes later ) Within a total of 10 minutes after the order was placed this item was canceled via email directly to the company.
The reply I received two days later was to notify me that the item had shipped.
I responded again by email and notified the Wine Enthusiast that this was an error and that I would be returning the item.
It arrived today and I contacted the WE for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
The person who answered the phone was sucking on candy ... ( Oh how lovely to hear this one chew like a cow in my ear !!! ) and to me the entire company couldn't care less.
It was now up to me to pay to ship this back to them ! ... If they would just do there job and respond to a customers email none of this would have happened.
After much arguing the package is being returned at there cost and I'm being credited in full ... all in all I feel that noone should have to tolerate companies like this when spending your money.
Find Another seller ... anyone has to be better than these guys.
