29W x 31D x 69-7-10H. 93 lb Chilling Cycle Production-Hour. 55 lb Freezing Cycle Production-Hour. 8 pan capacity. Outside surfaces and chilling cavity in 304 stainless. Chilling cavity with rounded corners and opening on the bottom for liquid drainage. High density injected CFC-free polyurethane foam insulation with 2.4 thickness. Removable rack and guides in 304 stainless steel. Insulated door with self-closing device and full height handle. Automatic door switch stops fan operation when door is open. Double ventilation speed for the blast chiller-freezer. Cylindrical adjustable feet in stainless steel with thermo-hard material sole. BACF models feature electronic control panel with the following: blast chilling and blast freezing controlled by core probe or by timer, digital read-out of the chilling cavity or of core product temperature, holding mode automatic section and normal or low temperature, either after chilling or freezing cycles. Chilling cycle from 158F to 37F in 90 minutes. Freezing cycle from 158F to 0F in 4 hours.
