I love this bowl. I got this bowl after receieving the plate set for my wedding. It's very light weight and it looks elegant.

This is a beautiful bowl but is quite large so I do not use it as much as some of the other pieces. I sure it would depend on how many people you are feeding. I use it mostly on holidays.

This bowl is (like all the butterfly meadow I've purchased) much prettier than the picture. It has a delicate beauty, but is not at all fragile.
