received very fast after order was placed. One glass was cracked but the others were in great condition.

Big mistake September 23, 2008
It holds water, and that is all I can say. After first use, these were washed top rack of dishwasher, and air dried (NO HEAT CYCLE). There is already water intrusion between the two pieces of plastic. Tried to contact the seller three weeks ago and have not received a response. Spend the extra dollars and buy a Tervis....

Liner immediately cracks at mold sprue May 30, 2008
I bought these to replace a series of similar cheap insulated tumblers. The locally available tumblers usually lasted 2-3 years before the bottom of the liner split and liquid began to collect between the liner and the outer shell. I washed each tumbler carefully in warm (110 degrees F) water. Then I took 1 tumbler, added refrigerated water (40 degrees F, and the liner split 3 directions from the center of the bottom of the liner. I took a second tumbler added room temperature water, and then added ice. The second only split in 2 directions. The last 2, I let set for over a month. Then I tried the same 2 methods of filling with cold water. The last 2 also cracked in the same place and 2 months after receiving this set, all 4 tumblers have condensation between the liner and the outer shell. I am looking for replacements and will throw these out as soon as I get another brand replacement. I cannot recommend these tumblers at all.

Excellent product for the money! January 7, 2008
I gave these to my Aunt for Christmas and she just LOVES them! The best part is that they are inexpensive, dishwasher safe, and they come in really cool colors.
