If you simply can't get enough of Jamie Oliver, aka The Naked Chef, you'll be delighted with the newly introduced line of dinnerware and tableware he has designed in conjunction with Royal Worcester. The names of the pieces are clearly the work of the cheeky lad himself: "All Rounder", "The Don", "Little Tinker" and "Pukka" for starters. In style they are retro-flavored, bistro-basic, and in Jamie's own words "dead cool". An asymmetrical texture-y white on white panel on each piece gives them a wacky '50s sort of flair and the chunky shapes are pared down simple. These pieces are a brilliant expression in porcelain of the virtues of his food, which relies on simplicity, freshness, and the impact of robust and mutually complimentary flavors. The "Munchies" plate is great for a sandwich, waffles, a small supper, or a salad.

Jamie Oliver plates August 23, 2006
I was very pleased to add 6 more plates to my existing set of Jamie Oliver dishes. These are the right size for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The white on white pattern is very attractive too.
