Crafted by Royal Worcester from superior porcelain, the roasting dish has ample dimensions and freezer-to-table capability. Its steep sides accommodate in-the-dish preparation, and its wide tab handles are easy to grip. A swath of white-on-white crisscross glaze adds a touch of easy stylishness. Sturdy and chrome-plated, the included wire rack lets you stack chicken breasts or pork chops above roasting vegetables. The porcelain dish is safe in the freezer, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, while the oven-safe metal rack works best if washed by hand. Together they measure 11 by 13-1/2 by 4-3/4 inches.
