The heavy-duty steel construction heats evenly for consistent temperatures across the bottom and sides, and the black interior color absorbs heat to shorten cooking times. Finished with a quality nonstick coating, even potentially clingy foods like fish or rice slide out easily and cleanup becomes a snap. The black, contoured stick handle and riveted helper handle stay pleasantly cool and comfortable throughout cooking and while proudly parading an ingenious dish to waiting guests.
