Amazon.com Review
Clamp this pasta machine to your counter or table edge, choose a setting, and you're ready to turn out fresh homemade pasta, literally. This is a pasta maker you crank by hand as you feed in your dough. Made of gleaming stainless steel, the machine's adjustable rollers press your dough into long, four-inch wide sheets in a choice of seven thicknesses. You can then cut the sheets into squares for making ravioli, or longer sections for lasagna. By sliding on the stainless-steel cutting attachment, you can extrude thin spaghetti or medium-width fettuccine noodles. And, for artists, the pasta machine works well as an extruder for polymer clay. After use, wipe the machine clean or run a damp paper towel or piece of felt through it. Remove the handle and clamp for compact storage. You'll never want to resort to buying dried, store-bought pasta again. A recipe booklet is included to get you started. --Ann Bieri

1 out of 5 stars Not so good & Can I demand a refund?   July 21, 2008
I bought this for my wife January 15, now on a table it's a pile of parts that I'm going to throw away.

My wife only used this machine a couple of times for dumpling wrapper. But soon she found the roller mechanism don't work properly, sometime stuck. She and her friend (another lady) tinkered with the machine, now it's a pile of parts lying on the table that I'm going to throw out. I guess I'm the one to be blamed as I call myself an Engineer.

2 out of 5 stars I would rather spend more to get a better one   July 12, 2008
I bought this with a deal (15 bucks), but it turns out so difficult to use. I saw other people have had similar problems with mine: the dough can't go through; steel oddments from the machine stuck to the dough; noodles stuck together unless you make your dough really dry--which is very hard for me. Now I just set it on my kitchen counter and never use it any more.
I would have paid more to get a better one.

5 out of 5 stars great pasta maker   May 31, 2008
I ordered this having no idea what it would be like, our family loves homemade pasta, and this machine takes all of the work out of making it! I would recommend it to anyone looking for a pasta maker

1 out of 5 stars Don't waste your time   May 21, 2008
This product is not made good. I went with an Imperia and was much happier.

2 out of 5 stars you got what you paid for   May 14, 2008
the product looks great, and comes with many options but.. start using it.... I wonder if it is my dough or what, but the dough comes out in extremely uneven thicknesses, and the cut dough stands stick to each other... does it mean i need to make ny dough thicker or what?
